ASTM C-145 refers to the net compressive strength test for solid concrete masonry units. This standard has been discontinued as all compressive strength testing falls under C-90 for both solid and hollow masonry units. The indicator N-1 means a concrete brick that is considered moisture controlled. You can find the absorption rates required for N-1 units in ASTM C-55. The category SW means that the concrete brick is to be used in exposed weather conditions. This information can be found in ASTM C-73.
As for the other specifications you mentioned C-216 and C-62 both are for clay brick not concrete masonry. To find out more on these standards you can contact the Brick Industries Assocation at www.bia.org or visit the ASTM website at www.astm.org
