There is no simple answer to your question.
The size and amount of reinforcement and how it
connects into the foundation (if at all) is
dependant on the application. The size of the
cm unit is also dependant on what the wall is used
for - will it be a bearing wall,
a basement or foundation wall, a wall exposed
to wind, etc.
